manage cases involving redundancy, TUPE, settlement agreements, restrictive covenants, and employment status disputes
conduct legal research and keep up to date with developments in employment law and case law
liaise with HR departments, business owners, and employees to provide tailored, pragmatic legal advice
draft pleadings, witness statements, and settlement documents for contentious matters
draft and review employment contracts, service agreements, policies, and staff handbooks to ensure compliance with the Employment Rights Act 1996, Equality Act 2010, Working Time Regulations 1998, and related legislation
