Responsibility

  • we are looking for a Deployment Engineer to assist with the rollout and refresh of Windows and Apple
  • deploy and set up Windows laptops/desktops and Apple iPhones
  • devices
  • assist with basic configuration, account setup, and email access
  • ensure all devices are properly labeled and recorded
  • support end-users during the handover process
  • collect old devices and ensure proper documentation
  • troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues on-site

Requirements

  • experience with Windows OS and Apple devices
  • basic knowledge of user account setup and email configuration
  • good communication and customer support skills
  • ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • physically able to handle and move IT equipment

it support technician

Responsibility

  • responsible for the successful delivery of all BAU Technology and Voice tasks
  • instrumental role in successfully delivering IT relocation projects, undertaking the full audit and preliminary works promptly and to the highest standards
  • hardware Inventory Management ensures stock levels are constantly monitored
  • hardware requests and receipts through our internal ordering system
  • actively monitoring the ticket queue and managing requests through to completion
  • housekeeping on IT rooms
  • supporting events like annual Power down – post desk checkouts
  • supports hardware decommissioning events

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience
  • prior experience in a Financial Domain
