• the Direct Sales Team sits within Sales and is responsible for Selling International Private Medical Insurance on behalf of AXA Global Healthcare to individuals

• you'll listen to our customers needs and provide suitable cover options offering tailored solutions to help them renew and retain their healthcare
• the Direct Sales Team sits within Sales and is responsible for Selling Private Medical Insurance on behalf of AXA Global Healthcare to individuals

• in this role you can expect to work from home three days of the week, and work with your team in the office two days per week
• you'll need to be comfortable having sensitive conversations and taking an empathetic approach, translating factual and complex information in a simple way, converting these enquiries into both sales and retention opportunities through building rapport and active listening skills

• after your initial training period of 3 months, you'll work at least 40% of your week at our new Tunbridge Wells office
• there is no cold-calling involved in this job; you'll be managing a case load of customers
• with great working hours, you won't be working weekends as our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
• this position boasts a competitive annual salary of up to £27,000 with an uncapped monthly bonus scheme ranging from £500 - £3,500 dependent on performance

• registered Nurse with a qualification in Occupational Health
• experience in a commercial occupational health setting, particularly with exposure to case management and health surveillance
• qualified or Registered Nurse, ideally with a diploma or degree in Occupational Health
