  • preparation of sales pitches / plots available for sale prior to holiday homes being sold

  • ensure all Health & Safety standards and requirements are followed
  • demonstrate effective resource planning
  • implement recommendations to be proactive in terms of preventative measures and fixes
  • respond to maintenance requests in the fastest most cost-effective way possible to complete the job
  • making recommendations with the best value and appropriate quality at the forefront
