completing remedial works on the Parks to keep high standards
scheduling larger remedial works with other team members and overseeing these tasks to completion as and when required

help with siting of new homes from when they arrive to Customer handover and dealing with aftersales
out of hours call out on a rota basis

oversee the day-to-day activities of the team and ensure cross marketing messages to promote other areas of the business
work closely with departmental managers to create high quality marketing communications and materials to support the sales functions of each department
