Responsibility
supervising the accomplishment of painting and corrosion control processes required on aircraft components & customer aircraft undergoing base maintenance
painting of customer aircraft to the highest standard
managing paint shop activity and coordinating with the workshop team – leading the standards of maintenance execution by example
to assist with painting and corrosion control requirements for hangar maintenance inputs, when required
undertake and supervise routine paint touch-ups and paint modifications as directed by the Workshop Supervision

Requirements
minimum of 3 years’ experience as a painter in an aircraft paint shop or maintenance environment. Preferably in a supervisory role
minimum of 2 years’ experience as an aircraft painter, preferably in a supervisory role
must be able to work in a dynamic environment and be flexible to meet changing working requirements
indentured apprenticeship or equivalent in an aviation-paint field

collaborate with Boeing representatives to develop and implement effective training strategies for the E7 Wedgetail project
design and deliver training materials and programmes with ongoing improvements to delivery methods
ensure all training activities comply with the organisation's MOE and applicable regulatory authorities

Requirements
strong understanding of EASA Part 145 & Part 147 training regulatory requirements, including MOE training compliance
