Responsibility
- ensure Health and Safety legislative requirements are met
- continually improve Health and Safety processes within the hatchery
- undertake Risk Assessments
- responsible for the Fire Safety on site
- update and maintain Safe Working Practices
- internally audit the hatcheries to identify potential hazards
- assist with the co-ordination and allocation of relevant Health & Safety training
- delivery of Health & Safety training such as Manual Handling
