- regular visits to our Company and Contract Farms across our farm production base providing support and managing engagement
- providing data with analysis and feedback, identifying areas of opportunity across the production base
- using your production experience and skill to diagnose and solve problems, ensuring our birds achieve their genetic potential
- clearly communicating with colleagues and allowing the seamless movement of high-quality fertile hatching eggs throughout the supply chain
- identifying efficiencies, writing business cases and securing capital investment to implement strategies
- work alongside the Farm Team to deliver and maintain the highest levels of biosecurity, ensuring our bird health and welfare needs are met and championed
