handling day to day operational matters associated with Accounts Payable
monitoring and improvement of all AP controls to achieve / exceed deadlines whilst maintaining quality of team outputs
responsibility for month end close process
monitor new accounts and work with managers to ensure that correct terms are applied to suppliers
working with managers to monitor existing accounts
maintain and reconcile control accounts to guarantee the integrity of the AP ledger in both Aviagen Ltd and Aviagen UK Ltd and taking responsibility for remedial action required
staff responsibility for direct reports
ensure all currency payment runs are generated and reviewed to ensure creditors are paid in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
