Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- completing and implementing clients’ care plans including risk assessments
- generating monthly MAR charts as per the instructions of the GP and medication regime
- making referrals to other healthcare professionals for further assessment or intervention
- completing carer’s supervisions, client reviews and amending changes to care plans
- confident with business development
- receiving staffing requests from local care managers and care establishments and allocating suitably skilled care staff to the shifts
- carry out sales calls to introduce our services to Clients who don’t currently use our services
- carrying out general office duties
Requirements
- must have at least 2-year experience in the care sector
- full clean UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
- providing care: 2 years
- supervisory: 1 year
