expertise in wall drilling , hardware installation, and cabling
experience with CCTV, screens, and storage solutions preferred
basic network and patching knowledge desirable but not essential

provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
set up and configure user accounts, email, and security settings
manage and maintain servers, databases, and other IT infrastructure
monitor and maintain network connectivity and performance
respond to support requests in a timely manner and escalate issues as necessary
keep up-to-date with new technologies and IT trends
provide training and technical guidance to employees and clients as required
Requirements
proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role
excellent knowledge and experience of Active Directory and Group Policy
experience managing Windows Server
experience in Office 365 administration
experience in supporting Office/Sharepoint/OneDrive
familiarity with Google Workspace and Azure Active Directory
