  • accurately and skilfully undertake the repair and servicing of motor vehicles, working with other departments to facilitate and help the company achieve industry leading standards of process efficiency
  • perform repair work as directed, within timescales and in accordance with established and documented procedures, as well as conducting routine service work on all makes of vehicle

  • attend to supplementary estimates and seeking authority
  • assist the drivers diary for collection and delivery, this will entail dealing with customers on the telephone
