Responsibility
engage with potential clients through various channels to introduce our coaching programs and services
sell people into the program
build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, providing personalized solutions based on individual fitness goals and preferences
work closely with the coaching team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
participate in community events and forums relevant to our target market to increase brand awareness and generate leads
achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
proven sales experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the fitness industry or related fields
strong understanding of the South Asian/Indian community and cultural sensitivities
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients
highly motivated, with a "go-all-in" attitude and a commitment to achieving sales targets
ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
