- full-time
Responsibility
- importing sales and purchase invoices into our finance system
- chasing customers and field management for invoice authorisation
- raising electronic payments to sub contractors
- dealing with queries from sub contractors
- carrying out checks on sub contractors to ensure they have correct documents to live and work in the UK
- learn and understand our sales order processing system and our sales order booking systems to be able to provide helpdesk support, maintenance and set up of new customers, operators, price and fee updates
