• producing high level estimates, cost plans, tenders and conducting other costing exercises, as required
• providing cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, and capturing within reports and cashflows

• appointing and managing professional teams to develop robust information for pricing

• facilitating meetings on behalf of the client and ensuring that team actions are captured, tracked, and closed out in good time
• providing general cost advice to client and assisting in value management workshops to align client budget to contractor pricing
• managing the procurement process; including analysis of tender returns, negotiation of contract terms and recommendation to clients
• as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a crucial role in optimizing project costs, assisting with contract administration of various contract suits and delivering projects on time
• prepare Bills of Quantities in accordance with SMM7/NRM2
• you’ll be working closely with the experienced Quantity Surveyors on the procurement process, analysis of tender returns and negotiations of contract terms and recommendations to clients, whilst also being mentored every step of the way
