Responsibility
- using MI to improve productivity, billing, cash collection, cost control, budgeting and forecasting
- dealing with the Firm's infrastructure and insurances
- compliance - Money laundering, GDPR etc
- manage IT infrastructure, systems and processes
- our client, an independent firm of accountants with over 100 staff based in Central London, are seeking to recruiting their first ever Operations Director
- marketing, communications, brand awareness including the website and social media platforms
- reporting to the Managing Partner and with dotted line reports from the HR Director and IT Director, you will be responsible for supporting operational excellence, with a range of responsibilities which take in aspects to do with people, clients, marketing, performance management and general administration
- the role will work with and support the Managing Partner to relieve him of a substantial amount of his day to day operational responsibilities, allowing him to focus on the longer term strategic goals of the Firm
