- my client in Reading are looking to recruit a Customer Account Executive to join their busy friendly team in beautiful offices. This is a busy and varied role working for a highly regarded and growing company
- hybrid working is offered of 3 days at home and 2 days in the office. All office equipment is provided :)
- arranging collections & deliveries between our customers, dealers and finance providers
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- experience in a busy, fast paced environment
- able to work confidently and calmly under pressure
- previous administration/ customer service/ complaint handling experience
- quick Learner
- A high professional level of oral and written communication skills
- excellent attention to detail, whilst working at a fast pace
- ability to manage time effectively
- meeting Set KPI’s
