- receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of raw materials, packaging supplies, and other deliveries
- prepare delivery runs and schedule 3rd party carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, retailers, and distributors
- accurately pick and prepare orders prior to shipment
- assist with regular stock checks
- maintain good organisation of all warehousing spaces on site

- valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
- good physical stamina, as the role regularly involves lifting and moving heavy objects

- experience in a warehousing or delivery role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- excellent time management and prioritisation abilities
- knowledge of safe handling and storage practices for food and beverage products
- ability to work efficiently, effectively and collaboratively
- serving customers and helping to create a fantastic customer experience
- glass collecting / glass washing / putting glassware away
- maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and floor area
- engaging with customers in a polite manner, with the ability to recommend drinks when prompted
- pouring and preparing high quality products consistently
- assisting with the opening and closing of the bar
- using our POS system and taking payment for orders
- assisting the Bar Manager with events where required
- effective communication, attention to detail, ability to prioritise workload, positive attitude, teamwork, customer service
- experience in hospitality is desired but not essential. Knowledge of beer desired but not essential

- drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- develop and maintain relationships with retailers, and key accounts within the assigned territory, ensuring they continue to place regular orders
- help to develop and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and product placement
- conduct product tastings, brewery events, and educational sessions to engage customers and drive sales
- monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth
- provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management to evaluate performance and inform decision-making
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Production, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
