  • minimum 2 years’ experience in residential home management capacity
  • experience in a Management role with proven ability to lead staff teams
  • comprehensive knowledge of Child Protection & Safeguarding
  • solid experience of the CIW inspection process
  • resilient and motivated but with a calm, approachable manner, adaptable and non-judgemental
  • comprehensive knowledge of legislative requirements and their impact
  • excellent communication skills verbal written and verbal along with strong organisational skills
