Requirements
you must have completed a bona fide plumbing apprenticeship
you must have documentation covering all relevant qualifications
you must have at least 4 years of experience in the industry from completion of your apprenticeship
you must ideally be Gas Safe registered
you must be able to provide references from employers for the past two years
you must have excellent communication skills and a sound work ethic

providing technical support and advice to engineers and clients
plumbing & Heating Installations for Refurbishment Projects
assisting with job planning, scheduling, and quality control
installation and servicing of gas boilers in occupied residential properties
reviewing site reports and helping to diagnose issues remotely
investigating and repairing leaks
toilet and basin installations and repairs
managing supplier and client communications
Requirements
gas Safe registered
presentable with the ability to communicate professionally with customers in their homes
minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, including fault-finding, servicing, and installation
highly organised and reliable, with the initiative to work independently
own basic tools and a full UK driving licence

acting as the point of contact for new and existing customer enquiries
engineers’ diaries, scheduling appointments and following up on jobs until completion to ensure smooth operations

experienced London driver. Most of our projects are residential London based so ideally someone not living too far out
