- drive performance improvements within the helpdesk and operational teams, by increasing KPI performance
- analyse contract MI to look for improvements and efficiencies and shape contract processes
- advise Account leadership on key business process risks and issues impacting the contract, providing workable solutions as required
- strict quality auditing of CAFM updates and adherence to process
- robust management of supply chain and identify future initiatives and efficiencies associated
- assist the Helpdesk Operations Manager in the preparation of contract review material and performance reporting
- ensure contract compliance across the contract through the implementation and management of an effective monitoring system, measuring performance against contractual and business KPI’s, assessing required improvements, and implementing them
- responsibility for the accurate collection, analysis and reporting of performance data, working in conjunction with the Helpdesk Operations Manager to enhance productivity within the contract team
