Responsibility
- to ensure all work undertaken has effective financial controls in place
- to build relationships with current customers & seek new business / projects
- ensure the financial and commercial elements of contracts with customers and suppliers are effectively managed
- assist in financial negotiations with customers including face-to-face meetings
- oversee reporting of P&L and order status reports to the MD
- to ensure targets and objectives are monitored and maintained to suitably underpin financial targets
- oversight of credit control and management of aged debt
- approval and validation of supplier invoices, monitoring cash flow and supplier payments in conjunction with the admin team
