  • proven experience as a Removals Depot Manager or similar role within the logistics/transportation industry
  • strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse workforce
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders
  • proficient in using computer systems and logistics software
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards within the removals industry
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
