- we have exciting opportunities to work as a Deputy Manager, to support and work alongside the Registered Manager of the Residential Children’s Home in efficiently co-managing the house budget, overseeing the development of staff and the young people in placement, formulating and updating placement plans, risk assessments and positive handling plans
- working hours are 46.5 per week, working a variety of shift patterns including late night, early mornings, weekends and either a wakening or sleeping night. Your working week covers Monday – Sunday inclusive
- affinity Children’s Care Services is a residential childcare provider, offering a variety of residential placements to young people between the ages of 8 – 18 and who may display emotional and challenging behaviours
