- hotel Night Porter: 1 year

- part-time | Permanent
- A minimum of 6 months Hotel Reception Experience required. Knowledge of Rezlynx PMS not essential, but would be a big plus
- answer and direct incoming calls
- make and confirm reservations for guests
- ensure correct room allocation
- compute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms and function accounts, and process accurate payment of guest accounts
- listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone
- liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests
- complete and maintain any incident reports, daily activity reports or other reports requested by management
- rezlynx PMS: 1 year
- reception: 1 year
- hotel Reception: 1 year
