we are looking to hire a Project Coordinator to help drive the new way we mechanise, operationalise and deliver tasks to our clients
the role is split across delivering end-to-end client projects primarily in the areas of operations and data & tech, as well as a set of administrative and financial deliverables to support clients’ growth
you will be a vital part of a multicultural team that is passionate and driven about taking our clients’ businesses to the next level
Requirements
A proven track record of Digital Marketing project delivery
strong communication skills and interpersonal skills having expertly balancing empathy and assertiveness
exceptional organisation, time management and prioritisation skills
strong contingency planning mentality with Plans B and C thought through in advance
demonstratable experience of working with cross functional teams, ensuring delivery to the project spec within allocated deadlines
excellent attention to detail, whilst being able to render such details into the wider goals of a project

ability and willingness to quickly develop and adapt new processes, documentation templates and ways of working
