ASPRAY is looking for employees for positions:
- follow up & manage incoming leads in a timely manner
- taking full responsibility for meeting and exceeding set targets and KPI’s
- manage and own the recruitment pipeline and ensure the directors are kept up to date on a regular basis
- ensuring the internal CRM system is continually updated and accurate records kept
- work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless franchise briefing and handover on completion of the recruitment process
- attendance at Exhibitions and other networking and corporate events
- timely reporting of activity, productivity, and results to the directors
- ensuring that you comply with GDPR and other legislation
- meeting with policyholders, surveying damaged properties and producing a scope of works for the repairs covered under the insurance
- determining the condition and construction of buildings
- carrying out your duties in the context of current building regulations
- project managing sub-contractors on site and overseeing the buying of necessary materials and equipment
- sourcing & vetting new quality sub-contractors
- ensuring projects are completed on budget and to schedule
- promote and maintain health and safety
- conduct sign off visits for completed claims to ensure all work has been carried out satisfactorily and to the required standard
- building surveying knowledge
- project management of property reinstatements and sub-contractors
- good technical knowledge of construction
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- keen attention to detail
- effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- good understanding of health and safety regulations inc CDM
