- you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the services
- at Aspire Pathway Group our aim is to create a long-lasting positive difference to young people who have been in care and are moving towards independence
- the Supported Accommodation Manager will be one of three who will be supported by the Senior Residential Support Workers and Management Team
- the primary tasks will include managing and supporting a team of support workers/senior support workers and ensure satisfactory care is in place
- to support young people in accordance with their Individual Care Plan, Placement Agreement and Risk Assessment
- to ensure each home under their management is compliant and paperwork is satisfactory i.e. Daily logs, incident reports, petty cash reports
