Responsibility

  • to work alongside our PBS lead to continuously develop, implement and maintain Positive Behaviour support plans and to provide the team with guidance and advice to implement such plans
  • adhere to company and local authority safeguarding policies and procedures to protect vulnerable service users
  • listen to service users to develop individualised plans that support the service user to participate in a range of meaningful leisure and educational activities, based on identified goals
