Requirements
- QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent or working towards
- care Certificate
- working in a team
- experience of working with vulnerable children/ young people/adults, or transferable skills that illustrate your ability to do so
- demonstrable working knowledge of autism, LD and associated medical needs
- supporting adults with moderate to profound learning disabilities
- experience of working with people with LD, Physical disabilities, Autism and associated medical needs
Responsibility

- shift lead and deputise for the service manager
- support service users with administration of medication
- location: Linnets, Cornford Lane, Pembury, Kent, TN2 4QU
- support with writing and updating of service user reviews, support plans and risk assessments
- support with personal care needs and nutritional needs
