Requirements
good level of general education ideally educated to degree level in a relevant subject
qualified Accountant or in the latter stages of professional studies, part-qualified / professional level
experience in Care sector preferable
experience of working with local authorities as a client would be an advantage
ability to communicate finance to non-finance managers
positive and solutions focused approach
experience of preparing and producing management accounts
