- operate the weighbridge and accurately record weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles and paying out customers
- ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- maintain accurate records of all transactions and generate reports as needed
- provide excellent customer service to drivers and visitors
- assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, take phone calls and document management
- arrange recovery collections, advise prices, work out routes, and make phone calls to customers
Requirements
