being the first line system support for escalated helpdesk queries is a key responsibility within this role
we're looking for a pragmatic and solutions driven Systems Administrator to join our well-established IT team, who look after our four offices across the South West and London
you will be central to the smooth running of all of the firm's systems on a day-to-day basis, helping to ensure our people have the IT infrastructure in place to be able to perform their roles effectively
who you are
you will be monitoring, prioritising and proactively dealing with any support issues assigned to the Systems team, collaborating with colleagues where required and liaising with senior members of the IT department to resolve any recurring problems
you will play a vital role in the ongoing general maintenance of the firm's systems, including our Wi-Fi, internal and external servers and the VPN, as well as administering the firm's email systems and associated infrastructure in conjunction with the Senior Systems Administrator
you will also take responsibility for system backups, ensuring the backup processes across all servers are working correctly and you will take ownership of testing the integrity of these backups once completed

we're looking for an organised and process driven Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our busy Finance department, either part-time or full-time, on a permanent basis
your main focus will be to provide an efficient and effective purchase ledger service to the firm and to act as the first point of contact for all accounts related queries
who you are
the effective use of systems and processes is therefore key to the activities you will undertake, whether this be coding and posting invoices in the finance system, creating new supplier records and performing the appropriate checks or reviewing expenses claims in the expense management system for accuracy and compliance with the firm's expenses policy
as budgets are vital to the operations of both our legal and professional services teams, you will also have the opportunity to build rapport with individuals across the business by using your knowledge and expertise to answer queries in person, via email and over phone/video calls

you'll also be responsible for managing the HR Hub inbox, being the first line of response for all general HR enquiries
we're looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our busy HR department on a permanent basis. You'll be a key member of our HR Hub, ensuring the delivery of a first-rate administrative HR service to the business
who you are
as a member of this team, you'll assist with all of the administrative aspects of the employee life-cycle, from onboarding new joiners and processing employee updates, to generating leavers letters and communicating relevant information to our Payroll team
A huge part of your remit will be to ensure that the HR system accurately reflects the current status of our people, whether that be their booked annual leave, sickness absences, career information or personal contact details
this role presents an opportunity to be involved in some really exciting project work, as you'll be integral to the smooth transition across to our new HR system
