  • being the first line system support for escalated helpdesk queries is a key responsibility within this role
  • we're looking for a pragmatic and solutions driven Systems Administrator to join our well-established IT team, who look after our four offices across the South West and London
  • you will be central to the smooth running of all of the firm's systems on a day-to-day basis, helping to ensure our people have the IT infrastructure in place to be able to perform their roles effectively

  • as a member of this team, you'll assist with all of the administrative aspects of the employee life-cycle, from onboarding new joiners and processing employee updates, to generating leavers letters and communicating relevant information to our Payroll team
