Responsibility
- provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- oversee patient care and ensure adherence to medical protocols and standards
- monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and reactions to medications
- collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
- ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff members
Requirements
- valid nursing license
- proven experience as a clinical lead nurse or similar role
- in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- strong understanding of medical documentation and recordkeeping practices
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- strong leadership abilities and the ability to make critical decisions
