Requirements

  • you must be qualified to live, work, and practice beauty and massage treatments in the UK
  • you must be able to provide basic massage treatments like relaxing and deep tissue massage
  • you must be able to work under pressure
  • you must be proficient in waxing and should be able to carry out a perfect Hollywood or Brazilian in under 20 minutes; both waxing knowledge and experience are necessary
  • you must be proficient in waxing and should be able to carry out a perfect Hollywood in no more than 20 minutes; both waxing knowledge and experience are necessary

Contract type

  • payment is £12.5/hr
  • your payment will increase by £1/hr for every year you stay with our company
  • this is a six-month services contract so you will be self-employed
  • payments are made weekly to your bank account every Thursday
  • first two weeks are kept as a security deposit and paid back to you once you've served your notice
  • payment is £22/hr of massage provided and £18/hr for waxing & beauty treatments, with a £50 minimum guarantee per shift. You do not get paid for time waiting for clients

  • we expect you to grow and maintain a client base by supporting our clients through their individual needs and upsell further regular treatment plans and packages at a frequency that offers preventative care
  • you are responsible for the professionalism required to provide consistent and effective treatments and self-care habits and present in the necessary physical, mental and emotional state
  • this and investing in skill gaps will enable you to enjoy a fully booked schedule within a couple of weeks of joining our team
  • we promise to furnish you with all the necessary equipment, marketing, services and facilities to grow and maintain a fully booked schedule within Artisa Spa
