- communicate effectively with passengers to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable experience
- collect fares and handle payments in a professional manner
- keep accurate records of mileage, fuel, and passenger information
Requirements
- must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- previous experience as a taxi driver, delivery driver, or commercial driving is preferred but not essential
- excellent communication skills to interact with passengers from diverse backgrounds
- ability to drive for extended periods of time and navigate through various routes
- physical ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting passengers with their luggage
- familiarity with the local area and knowledge of popular destinations
