Requirements

• experience working in the Built Environment in a Safety/ Development Consultant role
• experience reviewing Fire and General Risk Assessments, fire management plans, fire strategies, fire safety management systems
• experience undertaking fire safety management audits and reviews

• familiarity with property owner and mangers and providing advice on the Building Safety Act/ fire safety regulations
• experience working with Developers or Owners either internally or within a consultancy role
• working knowledge of BS9997, BS9999 and ADB

• capable of being trained to undertake building safety case reports
• CMIOSH and or membership of fire safety body

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar business development team environment within services or software business
