- be responsible for a portfolio of debtors, across both Insurance and Reinsurance companies
- ensure all overdue debt/accounts are followed up, to achieve cash collections and reduce DSOs
- managing the reduction of receivables ledger
- resolve queries to by reviewing slips
- updating fee Reserves and liaising with brokers on a daily basis
