Requirements
strong understanding of mental health issues and a commitment to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health
excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical boundaries
IT experience is desired
previous experience in a similar role or relevant education in psychology, social work, counselling, or a related field would be ideal, however candidates without similar experience are welcome to apply as we are aware there are transferable skills from various sectors
