this role would suit someone who is naturally confident in having the ability to capture high-quality social media content that maximises engagement, grows our channels and enhances brand visibility

in this role you will
work with the broader marketing team to ensure all BOX creative output aligns to the brand
strategy planning for all activations including food and drink menu launches, seasonal events and major sporting tournaments for BOX
the successful candidate will be responsible for the BOX brand, its marketing and roll out programme into key cities across the UK
you’ll live and breathe sports and can bring your knowledge of this to your role and really help drive this unique brand forward
be the guardian of the BOX brand – in proposition and creative identity, working with the Marketing Director to continually develop and evolve the brand to ensure it meets customer needs
local marketing and ad hoc support for all BOX sites as required
own and plan the annual marketing customer plan to ensure communications and activations for key seasonal and sporting fixtures are in place to grow trade
Requirements
experience in developing brand strategy and extracting customers insights to do so would be preferred
excellent attention to detail
strong written and verbal communication skills
must be super organised, dynamic and comfortable working in a fast paced, sometimes pressurised environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously
previous experience of working in hospitality or retail would be preferred but is not essential
at least 4 years experience of planning and executing multi-channel, seasonal and/or strategic marketing plans using social and digital marketing, CRM, in site activations and PR

A relevant degree in Marketing, Sport Marketing, Business or Communications
