- efficient day to day administration/planning of Transport/work activities
- aqua Cleansing are recruiting for a Transport Administrator & planner to help run our day to day operation's efficiently
- passing emergency work to field teams
- the responsibilities include supporting other team members & deputizing the Transport Manager
- reporting follow on work & raising new jobs
- to be successful in this role you should be well-organized, be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- supporting Transport department with efficient time management
- ensuring all Servicing/Maintenance is arranged and updated
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- must have a full UK Driving License
- have confident computer/telephone skills
- experience with Transport and Plant Administration
- be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- able to “think on feet” as the role can be very reactive
- experience within, Drainage, Tankers, Sewage Maintenance may be usefull
- customer service: 1 year
- administrative experience: 1 year
