- supporting Transport department with efficient time management
- ensuring all Servicing/Maintenance is arranged and updated
- must have a full UK Driving License
- have confident computer/telephone skills
- experience with Transport and Plant Administration
- be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- able to “think on feet” as the role can be very reactive
- experience within, Drainage, Tankers, Sewage Maintenance may be usefull
- customer service: 1 year
- administrative experience: 1 year
- polite and cooperative communication with customers via phone and in person
- collecting liquid waste and delivering to disposal site
- safe operation of vehicle and equipment
- driving HGV tanker
- maintaining duty and driving records
- carry out Daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
- keeping vehicle clean and tidy
- maintaining the good reputation of the company
- must have HGV 2 Licence
- ideally have experience of tankers
