ensure the joint partner plans are in alignment with Aptitude Software’s goals, understood by all stakeholders and risks are managed across all interactions
provide input into the alliance partnership programme development, management and continuous improvement to deliver clear commercial outcomes such as tangible net new revenue and profit growth
sell the value our solutions bring to our clients and consistently elevate Aptitude above the competition to ensure we cement ourselves as the long-term partner
Requirements
strong knowledge of finance transformation and accounting in terms of the key drivers for our solutions
experience in developing partners and executing campaigns to build trusted and profitable relationships with enterprise-level consultancies and technology organizations
experience of participating in the development, and negotiating of innovative partner agreements
strong commercial acumen
proven influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully interact with a geographically diverse team
experience of working in a sales capacity in either the Big-4, a Tier 1 Consultancy and/or other large complex organizations
effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate joint value propositions matching market needs
demonstrates an understanding of the competitive environment in which Aptitude plays, the challenges of the enterprise CFO office, and the partner eco system around key competitors

utilising modern DevOps practices and processes, the design, build and operation of the eSuite architecture built on a combination of both Azure and AWSHosting and reliability assurance of all eSuite hosting environments, providing high availability, 365 days, 24/7
using clear and concise written and verbal communication, you will provide regular updates to key stakeholders
as Senior Systems Administrator you will take ownership and lead infrastructure projects which are delegated to you by the Cloud Operations Manager
using your excellent project management, you will ensure that these projects are delivered to designated timescales and to the highest technical standards
Requirements
good understanding of MS Windows Server deployment, administration and troubleshooting – up to current versions
good understanding of modern web hosting technologies, in particular IIS
good understanding of MS Active Directory
familiarity with MS SQL Server administration – recent versions
familiarity with Azure and/or AWS core foundational services and IaC deployment
familiarity with configuration management – ansible/terraform
