Responsibility

  • supporting our customers and communicating in a professional and timely manner
  • update product documentation, knowledge bases and produce how-to articles based off customer feedback
  • automate solutions for recurrent issues
  • work with the Customer Success team to produce training materials and success plans for our customers
  • monitor customer support queues and prioritise tasks accordingly
  • improve knowledge amongst the team through documentation, code reviews and pair working
  • collaborate with product engineers regarding technical implementation and product improvements based on customer issues and experience with the product
  • troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and supporting services

Requirements

  • basic programming skills
  • experienced with container based technologies
  • excellent debugging and problem solving capabilities
  • relevant degree in Technology or Engineering, or equivalent qualification from an academic institution
  • experience in the use of Linux Operating Systems
  • software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • good software engineering principles
