supporting our customers and communicating in a professional and timely manner
update product documentation, knowledge bases and produce how-to articles based off customer feedback
automate solutions for recurrent issues
work with the Customer Success team to produce training materials and success plans for our customers
monitor customer support queues and prioritise tasks accordingly
improve knowledge amongst the team through documentation, code reviews and pair working
collaborate with product engineers regarding technical implementation and product improvements based on customer issues and experience with the product
troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and supporting services
Requirements
basic programming skills
experienced with container based technologies
excellent debugging and problem solving capabilities
relevant degree in Technology or Engineering, or equivalent qualification from an academic institution
experience in the use of Linux Operating Systems
software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
