Responsibility
advise on any updates or changes needed to operational procedures to maintain compliance with evolving regulations and healthcare best practices
prepare comprehensive reports on the operational performance of HVAC systems, including regular audits, maintenance logs, and compliance checks
work closely with healthcare facility managers, estates teams, and infection control departments to maintain optimal system performance and adherence to regulatory requirements
ensure that all HVAC system documentation, including operational manuals, service logs, and compliance records, are up to date and available for inspections
perform regular inspections and audits of HVAC systems to assess their performance and compliance with HTM03-01 standards, particularly focusing on air quality, filtration, and temperature control
