Responsibility
- we are looking to recruit Beauty Therapists for our expanding team
- full and Part-time hours available
- we are looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills, a passion for beauty and attention to detail
- the individual will inspire their clients confidence, listen, educate and leave them looking and feeling fabulous
- they would be expected to take pride in everything they do, always act with honesty, respect and trust
- will be motivated to deliver results with energy, passion, creativity and overall have a great personality
- the ideal therapist needs to reflect Aphrodite’s brand principles of passion, professionalism and quality to become leaders within the beauty world
- aphrodite has a very positive working environment, where therapists are encouraged, with our full support, to plan and tailor their development, use their initiative to best serve their clients, and to be a part of a great working atmosphere
Requirements
- training preferred in the product houses we use but not essential as full training will be given
- high levels of customer service skills and attention to detail
- enthusiastic and dynamic self starter, open-minded and demonstrably committed
- highly motivated to achieve targets
- excellent communication skills
- A recognised beauty or spa qualification, minimum NVQ level 3 and at least 1 years experience of working as a therapist in a salon or similar position
