coordination of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure safety, efficiency and quality
contact and report every day with our client to show progress and address technical topics in meetings
make sure project management instructions are followed, compliance with budget and proceed with a regular internal reporting covering all site issues
supervise subcontractors
maintain regular contact with technical support team located at the head office to receive support and provide updates
in cooperation with the site manager, coordinate on-site activities including erection, commissioning, testing and maintenance of polar cranes designed and manufactured by APCO Technologies
