Responsibility

  • coordination of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure safety, efficiency and quality
  • contact and report every day with our client to show progress and address technical topics in meetings
  • make sure project management instructions are followed, compliance with budget and proceed with a regular internal reporting covering all site issues
  • supervise subcontractors
  • maintain regular contact with technical support team located at the head office to receive support and provide updates
  • in cooperation with the site manager, coordinate on-site activities including erection, commissioning, testing and maintenance of polar cranes designed and manufactured by APCO Technologies
