support and optimize Anthesis’s global ERP, Oracle NetSuite and groupwide banking systems
deliver month end consolidation and related close deliverables to deadlines
key day to day contact for Banking partners, treasury management and reporting of covenant compliance
ensure timely implementation of and compliance with new International Financial Reporting Standards
ensure adequate and robust financial controls are in place throughout the global organisation, implementing improvements where necessary and documenting into Limits of Authority matrix
M&A due diligence support, including reviewing and advising on acquisition/fair value accounting and relevant integration activities
develop strong relationships with the global finance team and support them in maintaining strong controls, accurate reporting and commercial finance/working capital management
prepare Group income statements, balance sheets and cash flows for internal use, submission to the PE Investor and banks, including the impact of acquisitions, as appropriate

experience working in the professional services sector
qualified Accountant with at least 8 years’ post qualified experience
commercially focused to support the CFO/Board in the Group’s growth aspirations
experience of international businesses in a multi-currency environment and associated accounting of foreign currencies according to IFRS reporting requirements
strong background in statutory accounts preparation and audit management
strong financial and accounting leadership skills to communicate with subsidiary operations
experience of overseeing global Treasury operations and bank compliance reporting
experience of global tax including Transfer Pricing

2-5 years’ experience in an HR Coordinator / Adviser role
part or fully CIPD qualified
employee Relations experience, a good working knowledge of theory, legislation, and best practice, with an understanding of HR systems
