expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences
as Kitchen Porter you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy pot wash area and comply with COSSH and food hygiene regulations
you will ensure all equipment within the kitchen is cleaned and maintained to the standards required and cleaning schedules are adhered to

collaborate with the procurement team to coordinate the ordering and delivery of stock
conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues

prepare regular reports on stock levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics
oversee and help Goods Receiving Team in daily duties
