- anticipate, organise and monitor the activities of the team, allocate the right resources for the right results
- ensure a strong onboarding for new joiners and ongoing training and shadowing
- ensure your team is providing a good level of support to increase quality metrics
- act as a role model, share best practices and encourage peers and team members to strive
- experienced of building a solid quality tooling and framework strategy from scratch on functional and non-functional testing
- excellent knowledge of testing practices
- curiosity and a synthetic mind with an ability to solve complex problems in a simple and autonomous way
- strong leadership, negotiation and influence skills
- very good communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach and communication style to fit varying contexts and situational needs
- solution & process oriented, structured
- ability to manage multiple relationships at a time and work in a high-paced environment
- at least 5+ years of experience in an agile software development team, in a management position
