  • andover Mind is one of Hampshire’s leading mental health charities. With 1 in 6 young people experiencing a mental health problem and 800,000 young carers in the UK
  • the role is 24 hours per week, to be worked within office hours across 3-5 days
  • the Youth Services Manager is responsible for the design and delivery of our evolving provision with young people aged 11-17 and Young Carers aged 16-25
  • reporting to the Head of Countywide Operations, you will be actively driving key areas such as partnerships and promotion alongside securing funding to ensure the sustainability of the service
  • the post-holder will be passionate about the power of youth work and the role of communities in meeting the needs of young people and young carers
  • this is a busy role, and the successful candidate will need to be confident in overseeing multiple activities and projects of consistently high quality, working closely with external agencies and partners
