provide support for the planning, evidencing and development of strategy in the talent ecosystem in academia, business and across sectors
leading Council contributions to the delivery of inflight Horizon Europe talent programme associated peer review and assessment and the establishment of new cross UKRI talent programmes
carrying out other Council duties/ projects that may be required of the post
to work collaboratively with talent teams, or equivalent, across UKRI to lead Council activities in support of Horizon Europe associated talent activities
essential skills, qualifications and experience
supporting UKRI engagement with the research and innovation community as part of Horizon Europe transitional measures and talent alternative scheme establishment, and the development of clear communications regarding transitional and upcoming UKRI talent programmes
