- profiling the customer base to understand where new opportunities with customers lie

- learning about all product sets/service streams in order to effectively help customers
- closing orders regularly and being accurate in your sales admin processes
- retaining customers and preventing customer churn
- keeping your Hubspot CRM up to date
- reviewing your sales pipeline and performance with your manager
Requirements
- have an understanding of the IT/Telecoms sector, ideally data networks, VoIP and cyber security
- are a smart, driven, confident individual with an outgoing, persuasive personality
- are an optimist who naturally enjoys communicating with others and looking for opportunities
- are well organised with a ``can-do`` attitude to all you do
- are able to think commercially at all times and work under your own initiative
- automatically assume personal responsibility for delivering against set targets
- understand the activity levels required to consistently hit and exceed targets
