Responsibility

  • profiling the customer base to understand where new opportunities with customers lie
  • building effective working relationships with customers and supporting their ongoing needs
  • responding quickly and competently to all existing customer requests
  • learning about all product sets/service streams in order to effectively help customers
  • closing orders regularly and being accurate in your sales admin processes
  • retaining customers and preventing customer churn
  • keeping your Hubspot CRM up to date
  • reviewing your sales pipeline and performance with your manager

Requirements

  • have an understanding of the IT/Telecoms sector, ideally data networks, VoIP and cyber security
  • are a smart, driven, confident individual with an outgoing, persuasive personality
  • are an optimist who naturally enjoys communicating with others and looking for opportunities
  • are well organised with a ``can-do`` attitude to all you do
  • are able to think commercially at all times and work under your own initiative
  • automatically assume personal responsibility for delivering against set targets
  • understand the activity levels required to consistently hit and exceed targets
