Responsibility
the successful candidate's role will include producing high quality, accurate estimates, presented in a legible, analytical and logical format
you will also be responsible for processing tenders, reviewing tenders within the team prior to submission, identifying risks, acquiring prices from our pool of sub-contractors, preparing accurate take offs
organising and attending site visits with Clients and Sub-contractors
preparation of monthly valuations, variation accounts with Sub-Contractors and Clients, settlement of final accounts
